1st Line IT Support

The candidate will largely be providing technical support services as required; both over the phone and in person. As a result, the tasks will include, but not be limited to:
- Being the first point of contact for product/solution support.
- Providing technical support to colleagues and working in support of the existing team.
- Installing new systems and identifying/reporting bugs.
- Undertaking advanced technical troubleshooting and analysis methods.
- Continuation of resolving incidents logged by other colleagues during out-of-office hours.
The successful individual will need to be able to demonstrate the following:
- An analytical and methodical approach to problem solving.
- An IT degree or further education training.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise incidents as required.
- Effective communication with non-technically minded individuals.
