Role Responsibilities
- Support Finance Director in all areas of financial reporting for two software businesses plus US subsidiary
- Monthly reporting of consolidated (UK & US) & other Group financials
- US filing requirements managing relationships with US tax accountants & US legal advisors
- Ongoing assessment & evaluation of internal controls ensuring all are fit for purpose
- Main point of contact for annual external audit
- Coordination & collation of information required to support annual R&D claims
- Represent BU in the implementation of new group systems
- Manage offshore Finance support

- Qualified accountant
- Comfortable dipping in & out of detail while also being able to stand back & see the bigger picture
- Pro-active self-starter
- Collaborative business partner used to working with different teams across the business
- Good awareness of technical financial reporting requirements
- Good IT skills including the ability to automate routine tasks as much as possible thereby freeing up time for more value add activity
Skills & Abilities:
- Experience of owning month-end reporting processes
- Business partnering experience
- Able to manage multiple & competing deadlines
- Experience of multi currency finance systems & overseas customer base
