HR Administrator

The role will include dealing with various administration tasks and queries in respect of HR and payroll processes in addition to working closely with the Payroll Advisors to co-ordinate work schedules and prioritising to meet deadlines. 

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience within an administrative role, preferably incorporating HR or computerised payroll processing duties.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Good level of numeracy and excellent communication skills.
  • Well-developed range of interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate a high level of customer service.
  • Proactive and able to demonstrate initiative.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, working to tight deadlines, prioritising and handling multiple tasks.
  • Methodical and organised with high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Flexible, adaptable and be able to work as part of a team.
